Alston Retail park remodel

Installing a new sign out of hours

Next project on the park has also commenced to remodel an old Motorsave into a retail unit 

Chancery House Liverpool

Chancery House Liverpool is a 4.3 million pound contract. It is a combination of new build and listed building. 

DDJC Ltd were brought in to the project during the last month of the project to help ensure the final details were completed. The project is now complete and partially occupied. 

The building will be a standout landmark building for many years to come with its contrasting listed building architecture and the ultra modern extension 

Landlord works Bescot

I have recently completed a 9 week contract for NU Construction on time and within budget working with the QS and contracts manager. 

The project was to carry out the stripout of Comets old fixtures and fittings, structural alterations, install new roof, shop front Etc ready for the shop fitters to take over.
